how come there's no one can develop positive films in penang????

aaiihh i have to pass to my fren to develop it in adelaide..its soooo expensive dahlah im jobless
seldom use my coloursplash now cus of this..but i still use my negative films just that it's not as nice as positive films..still prefer positive though
